Information and use

ChatGPT sign-in provides a site-specific identifier, email and, where available, your name. We store course and support inquiries, their status, and administration activity, orders, accepted purchase terms, payment references and uploaded receipts to operate the site and respond to you. The owner can view submitted requests and their attached email addresses.

Hosting and authentication

This site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Authentication uses provider-managed cookies. No advertising pixels have been added. Venmo and Cash App process your transfers separately. We store the payment method, transaction reference and receipt you submit, not payment credentials. Receipts and course PDFs are stored privately using Cloudflare R2; receipts are accessible to you and the administrator. Course PDFs require an approved order.

Retention and your requests

Inquiries, orders and receipts remain until the owner removes them, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Use Contact and select Privacy to request access, correction or deletion; identity verification may be needed. Operational logs and provider backups may remain for a limited period. Historical records from the previous Open Line service remain subject to deletion requests.
