Full refund within seven days

You may request a full refund within seven days of the date and time your PDF access is first unlocked, even if you downloaded the PDFs. The access-unlock time is shown on your enrollment page after approval.

Duplicate payments and delivery failures

Duplicate payments and unresolved delivery failures are refundable. Include the relevant transaction reference and explain the issue so the owner can verify it.

How to request a refund

Sign in with the account used to order, open Contact, select Support and include your order reference. Refunds are handled manually; submitting a request does not automatically transfer money.

The policy covers the course purchase, not trading losses, and does not limit applicable consumer rights.
